Our Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy, rates and delivery times explained:

There is a standard delivery charge of BDT 80 for all deliveries inside Dhaka Metropolitan Area, exceptions remain for orders above a certain value, as stated on the website. Express delivery charges are currently only available within specific areas and are subject to cut off periods during holidays. Order time must be before 3 pm on the day before to qualify for express delivery within 48 hours. The rate is BDT 130 within specific areas in Dhaka city. Areas outside the stated areas are ineligible for one-day delivery. 

The rates are as follows:

  • Dhaka Metropolitan Area: BDT 80 (Standard Delivery rate, expected in 2-4 working days). Applicable for all deliveries inside Dhaka Metropolitan Area, exceptions remain for orders above a certain value, as stated on the website.
  • Express Delivery: Dhaka Metropolitan Area: BDT 130- only applicable for addresses within Gulshan 1, Gulshan 2, Banani, Baridhara J Block, Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Badda, and Niketan.
  • Dhaka Division: BDT 110- for addresses within greater Dhaka Region, outside Dhaka Metropolitan Area. 
  • Rest of Bangladesh: BDT 150 (Delivery throughout Bangladesh in all divisions except Dhaka; 3-5 working days).  Prepayment of 2 delivery charges (150X2= BDT 300) is required for such orders, adjusted with the final bill. So in case of cancellations for inter city delivery, two delivery charges may apply (from Dhaka to city, and city to Dhaka), so this will be the base amount multiplied by 2. This advance is non-refundable. 
  • International Deliveries: International deliveries are available upon request via Instagram or Facebook. Upon sharing your delivery address, we can share a shipping cost with you. If that is acceptable, we can create a special order for you. 

Local and Inter city delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please note that the delivery times are only estimates, delays, although uncommon, may occur and any cancellations because of delays mean that the delivery charge is still payable by the customer. We make every effort to deliver our products to you as soon as possible. 

For exchanges, delivery charges (applicable rates for your address) are payable for the return and the new delivery parcel. So, the total charge for delivery of an exchange parcel will be whatever the standard delivery charge is, multiplied by two. Additionally, products can be exchanged from our warehouse or pop-up store (address available upon request via Instagram or Facebook). 

All goods can be returned before completion of the sale, i.e. before accepting the goods and completing payment, whereby only the non-refundable delivery charge will be payable. Products can be exchanged for another size. To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Any item can be exchanged only once due to sizing mismatches. Delivery charges are payable for the return AND the new delivery parcel. So, whatever the charge is, multiplied by two. Please note that 'sale' items are not applicable for exchange or returns once the sale has been completed , i.e. Customer has paid for and received the parcel. If there is a different size required in the same product, it may be returned as per the regular exchange policy, subject to availability.
