Our Shipping Policy

Bosphorus Clothing highly values the urgency of your orders. We endeavour to make sure that your ordered products reach your door in the fastest possible time. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an automated confirmation email from our internal system to your provided email address. This email will contain details about your order, the list of items, the total value of your order, the invoice/order number and your provided shipping details. If you see any errors in the provided info or the products/sizes, please contact us as soon as possible, We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

The rates are as follows:

* Dhaka Division: BDT 80 (Standard Delivery rate, expected within 2-4 business days within Dhaka Metropolitan Area, 3-5 business days for Dhaka Division including areas such as Narayanganj, Gazipur, Savar and more). 

* Inter-city Delivery (ALL divisions in Bangladesh): BDT 150 (Standard Delivery rate, expected in 3-5 business days). Advance delivery charge payment required for all outside Dhaka orders. 

* Exchange Delivery Fee:  BDT 160 or 300: The standard exchange delivery charge is two times the standard charge for your provided delivery address; one charge for the new parcel to be sent to you, and another charge for the old parcel to come back to us. If the delivery address is inside Dhaka it will be (80X2) 160. If the address is outside Dhaka, the charge is (150X2) 300. If, however, an error is made on our end (wrong product or size or a quality issue with the product), the exchange charge is waived and borne by Bosphorus. 

ADVANCE POLICY: For Outside Dhaka orders, the advance delivery charge payment MUST be made, as parcels are only prepared and fulfilled AFTER confirmation of payment is received. 

Bosphorus reserves the right to change Delivery charges without prior notice.
